🤝Mutual respect
- Use courteous and respectful language in all your exchanges.
- No form of harassment, discrimination, or insults will be tolerated.
- Treat every member with the same consideration you would wish to receive.
🏪Seller obligations
- Describe your products honestly, accurately, and completely.
- Take full responsibility for the quality, legal compliance, and shipping of your products.
- Respond to buyer messages promptly (ideally within 24 hours).
- Do not engage in misleading pricing, false promotions, or false claims.
🛒Buyer obligations
- Leave honest reviews based on your real experience.
- Do not submit fake reviews, undisclosed sponsored content, or inappropriate material.
- Contact the seller in good faith before reporting an issue.
🚫Prohibited behaviors
- Offensive language, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content.
- Fraud, identity theft, or any attempt at deception.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to redirect users off-platform.
- Publishing someone else's personal information without their consent.
⚖️Consequences
- Any violation may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
- Reported reviews are moderated by our team.
- Nature Pharmacy reserves the right to remove any content that violates this code.
