Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Nature Pharmacy, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "the Platform", and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Customer", wishing to make a purchase on the website www.nature-pharmacy.com.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale which prevail over any other document.

The products offered on Nature Pharmacy are natural products, medicinal plants, essential oils, natural cosmetics and dietary supplements offered by independent sellers.

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of the products.

Product photographs are not contractual. Nature Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for minor differences between photos and actual products.

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included), including the VAT applicable on the order date.

Shipping costs are indicated separately and added to the total order amount before validation.

Nature Pharmacy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

The ordering process on Nature Pharmacy takes place in several steps:

Order validation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale and serves as proof of the sales contract. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during the order.

Payment for the order is made at the time of validation. Accepted payment methods are:

Payments are secured by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal). Nature Pharmacy does not store any banking data.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and seller. In case of delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and obtain a refund.

Risks related to transport are borne by the buyer from the moment the products are taken over by the carrier. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any reservations with the carrier in case of damage.

In case of non-receipt of a package, the Customer must inform Nature Pharmacy within 7 days following the expected delivery date.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their withdrawal decision by email to: returns@nature-pharmacy.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by any accessories and the invoice.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, by the same payment method used during purchase.

All products sold on Nature Pharmacy benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, the Customer may request repair, replacement of the product or, failing that, price reduction or sale cancellation.

Nature Pharmacy acts as a platform connecting buyers and independent sellers. Responsibility for products sold lies with the sellers.

Nature Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

Nature Pharmacy's liability cannot be engaged for all inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Information collected during the order is necessary for order management and customer relations. It is intended for Nature Pharmacy and its partners (carriers, payment providers).

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To learn more, consult our Privacy Policy.

All elements of the Nature Pharmacy website (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, etc.) are the exclusive property of Nature Pharmacy or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or total or partial exploitation of these elements is prohibited without prior written authorization from Nature Pharmacy.

Nature Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

In case of force majeure permanently preventing order execution, the contract will be terminated automatically and the Customer will be refunded.

Nature Pharmacy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. New conditions will be brought to Customers' attention and will apply to any new order subsequent to their posting online.

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules.
