Nature Pharmacy is an international online marketplace that connects sellers of natural products with buyers worldwide.

We provide the technology platform to facilitate transactions, but we are not party to transactions between sellers and buyers.

Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, legality, compliance and shipping of their products.

Nature Pharmacy does not sell products directly, does not verify products and does not manage delivery.

To make purchases or sell on the platform, you must create an account.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms.

Provide accurate payment and delivery information.

Pay for ordered products according to displayed prices.

Respect the seller's return deadlines and refund conditions.

Do not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Understand that delivery is managed by the seller, not by Nature Pharmacy.

Sell only legal, authentic products that meet the standards of your country.

Provide accurate descriptions and representative photos of your products.

Ship orders within the indicated timeframes.

Fully manage the delivery and shipping of products.

Honor your own return and refund policy.

Maintain responsive and professional customer service.

Pay 10% commission on each sale.

Comply with applicable local and international laws.

Prices are displayed in the seller's currency or converted based on the buyer's location.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal).

Nature Pharmacy charges a 10% commission on each sale.

Sellers receive their payments every 15 days via Stripe Connect.

Sellers are fully responsible for shipping products.

Nature Pharmacy does not manage, verify or take responsibility for delivery.

Delivery times and fees are set by each seller.

Buyers should contact the seller directly for any delivery questions.

Free shipping conditions are defined individually by each seller.

Each seller defines their own return policy.

Buyers should contact the seller directly to initiate a return.

Return fees are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed by the seller.

Nature Pharmacy may intervene as a mediator in unresolved disputes.

All platform content (logo, design, texts, etc.) is the property of Nature Pharmacy.

Sellers retain rights to their content (photos, descriptions) but grant Nature Pharmacy a license to display them on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of platform content is strictly prohibited.

Nature Pharmacy is a connection platform and is not responsible for products sold.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or authenticity of products.

We do not verify products before they are listed.

Nature Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.

Disputes concerning products must be resolved between the buyer and the seller.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or close your account in case of violation of these terms.

In case of account closure, payment obligations remain due.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by general principles of international e-commerce law.

In case of dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable solution through mediation.

Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be submitted to international arbitration.
